Terms of Service

1. What the Service is

The Service is a non-custodial technical utility. It performs a single, narrow function: it instructs the Binance Futures API of your own Binance account to swap BNFCR (Binance Futures Cash-Refund token) for BNB (Binance Coin). The Service uses an API key and secret that you provide for this single operation.

2. What the Service is NOT

• The Service is NOT a cryptocurrency exchange in the regulatory sense. It does not match orders, set prices, hold an orderbook, or make markets.
• The Service is NOT a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) under MiCA Article 3(1)(15). The actual exchange operation is performed by Binance on your own account using your own API credentials.
• The Service does NOT hold, custody, or control user funds. BNFCR and BNB never leave your Binance Futures wallet — Binance executes the swap internally on your account.
• The Service does NOT provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on this website is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
• The Service does NOT offer fiat on/off-ramps, deposit accounts, or money transmission.

3. How the fee works

Each successful conversion requires a fixed-shape fee paid by you in USDT or USDC on Solana, Polygon, or BSC. The exact fee amount, deposit address, and chain are displayed on the payment screen. The Service computes the fee as 0.5% of the conversion amount, with a minimum of 1.10 USDT/USDC and a maximum of 10.00 USDT/USDC per conversion.

The fee is paid to a deposit address controlled by the Service operator and is verified via a third-party deposit-monitoring API. You are solely responsible for sending the exact amount on the correct chain. Deposits below 1.00 USDT/USDC will not be credited by the underlying exchange and cannot be recovered. Deposits sent on the wrong chain or to the wrong address cannot be recovered.

4. Refunds

• Fee paid, conversion succeeded: no refund.
• Fee paid, conversion failed on Binance side (e.g., insufficient permissions on your API key, Binance quote rejection, rate limit): on a best-effort basis, the operator may return the fee minus on-chain gas costs to a refund address you provide via support@bnfcrconvert.com within 30 days. Refunds are not guaranteed and are paid at the operator's discretion.
• Fee not credited (sub-1.00 deposit, wrong chain, wrong address): not recoverable.

5. Your obligations

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use Binance Futures in your jurisdiction.
• Your Binance account, your API key, and your API secret are your sole responsibility. We recommend creating a Binance API key with minimum permissions ("Enable Futures") and IP-restricted.
• The Service displays your Binance API key and secret only during the active session and caches your API secret in memory for up to 20 minutes for the purpose of executing the conversion. It is not written to disk in plaintext.
• You are responsible for any tax consequences of converting BNFCR to BNB in your jurisdiction.
• You will not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or attack the Service.

6. Limitation of liability — DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR:

• Any loss of BNFCR, BNB, USDT, USDC, or any other digital asset arising from use of the Service.
• Any failure, delay, or error caused by Binance, Bybit, blockchain networks, third-party RPC providers, your wallet, your internet connection, or any infrastructure outside the operator's direct control.
• Slippage, adverse price movement, or value loss between when an invoice is created and when the swap is executed on Binance.
• Any unauthorized access to your Binance account caused by the leak, theft, or misuse of your API credentials regardless of how those credentials were transmitted.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
• Service interruptions, maintenance windows, or shutdowns. The operator may suspend or terminate the Service at any time, with or without notice, with no liability to you.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law, total operator liability for any claim shall be limited to the fee actually paid by you for the specific conversion giving rise to the claim, and not exceed 10.00 USDT in aggregate.

7. Third-party services

The Service interacts with several third parties on your behalf. They have their own terms and policies, which you are also subject to when using the Service:

• Binance — execution venue for the BNFCR → BNB swap (operates on your own account)
• Bybit — deposit verification endpoint
• Solana, Polygon, BSC — public blockchain networks used to receive the fee payment
• DigitalOcean — infrastructure provider for the Service

The operator has no control over and accepts no responsibility for these third parties.

8. Intellectual property

The Service interface, source code, brand, and documentation are owned by the operator. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. The language of proceedings shall be Czech or English.

10. Changes to these terms

The operator may amend these terms at any time by publishing an updated version at this URL. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
