BNFCR Swap Option Missing in Binance Futures?
If BNFCR sits in your Binance Futures balance and you cannot find anything that converts it, there are three different things to rule out, in this order: whether you are looking in the right place, whether you are looking for an output asset that is not on offer, and whether your account shows the Swap option at all. Only the third one needs anything beyond Binance itself.
1. The BNFCR swap sits in the Futures wallet
The route to look for is Futures (USDⓈ-M) → Assets → find BNFCR → Swap → BTC, ETH or BNB → confirm. It lives in the Assets area of the Futures wallet — not under Wallet → Convert. Binance documents the feature in its Futures Credits Trading Mode FAQ (last updated 2026-01-12). If you are not sure what BNFCR even is, start with our plain-language explainer.
2. The only outputs are BTC, ETH or BNB
The list of outputs for BNFCR is short and fixed. Binance's FAQ puts it this way:
"BNFCR cannot be withdrawn directly, however, it can be swapped to BTC, ETH, or BNB before withdrawal."
So the swap screen offers you BTC, ETH or BNB — a stablecoin is not one of the choices. If your goal is USDT or USDC, that is a second step you take yourself on Binance after the swap; BNFCR to USDT and BNFCR to USDC walk through how that path actually works.
3. If your account does not show the Swap option
This is the situation the site exists for. Some EU and other regional Binance accounts show a BNFCR balance and cannot use the Swap/Convert option. Only Binance can say why a particular account behaves that way, so their support is the right first stop — we have no visibility into your account settings.
If that route is closed to you, bnfcrconvert.com does exactly one thing:
- It converts BNFCR → BNB. There is no selectable output asset, and we never pay out USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH or fiat.
- The swap runs on your own Binance USDⓈ-M Futures account, through the Binance Convert API, with an API key you create.
- The BNB is credited to your own Binance Futures wallet. Your funds never leave Binance and never pass through us: the service is non-custodial, holds no user funds, and is not an exchange.
- The fee is 0.5% of the converted amount, minimum 5.00 and maximum 10.00 USDT or USDC, paid on-chain on Solana, Polygon or BSC before the swap. It is never taken in BNFCR and never in BNB. Full table on the fees page.
- Permission "Enable Futures" only — no withdrawals, no spot trading, no margin.
- IP access either Unrestricted, or restricted to our server IP
46.101.148.146. The swap is executed from that address, so a key restricted to your own IP will fail. - Delete the key immediately after the conversion.
- The API secret is never stored — it is transmitted over HTTPS for the immediate operation and then discarded, and you re-enter it at convert time. A hash of the key is kept for the conversion record.
Paying the fee without tripping over it
The fee is a normal on-chain transfer, with two details worth getting right. Send exactly the invoiced amount — it carries a small fractional tail that is how your payment is matched, and the exact amount has to arrive, so account for any withdrawal fee your sending exchange deducts. And force a real on-chain withdrawal: an exchange's "internal" or "free" transfer leaves no on-chain deposit record and will not be matched. The payment window is 30 minutes, late payments are still credited for 24 hours, and a payment is matched roughly 60 seconds after it confirms on-chain.
4. After the swap, the BNB is in Futures — not Spot
Whichever route worked for you, the BNB lands in the Futures wallet. To do anything else with it you transfer it to your Spot wallet first, then sell or withdraw from there. BNFCR itself cannot be withdrawn, which is the whole reason a swap has to happen before anything else.
